It’s safe for most pregnant individuals and tailored to each trimester. If you have high-risk pregnancy or signs of preterm labor, we’ll coordinate with your OB provider before starting treatment.

What is Pregnancy-Related Pain treatment?

Pregnancy-related treatment uses gentle, pregnancy-safe manual therapy, posture support, and guided movement to reduce discomfort and support alignment. Techniques may include myofascial release, sacral or pelvic balancing, diaphragmatic breathing, and stabilization exercises. We also help with ergonomic and positional advice for daily activities and sleep.
