Taping Treatments

Is Taping treatment right for you?

Therapeutic taping uses elastic or rigid tape to support muscles, stabilize joints, reduce pain, and improve posture or movement. It’s safe for most people, although it should be avoided on irritated or broken skin and in cases of known tape allergies.

What is Taping treatment?

Kinesiology tape or rigid sports tape is applied to specific muscles or joints based on your condition. Taping can be worn for 3–5 days and is water-resistant. It may feel supportive or slightly stimulating, depending on the type used.

What conditions does Taping treatment address?

Taping is helpful for:

  • Shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, and impingement
  • Knee pain (e.g., runner’s knee, chondromalacia)
  • Ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, and Achilles tendinitis
  • Postural correction and joint stability in scoliosis or back pain

It supports injured areas and reinforces good movement habits between visits.
