McKenzie Technique

For some injuries, the pain just won’t go away.  Not even with prescription painkillers. McKenzie technique can be an excellent non-surgical alternative to reduce and sometimes even eliminate back pain caused by bulging or herniated disks. McKenzie can treat more than just back pain though, it is also a great option for chronic pain in other areas, such as knees and elbows.  Combined with chiropractic, McKenzie is a great option for managing, reducing or eliminating chronic pain.

  • Surgical Alternative -McKenzie can help get nerve pain under control from herniated disks and may help you to avoid costly surgery.

  • Reduce or Eliminate Chronic Pain – Over time, McKenzie technique can help reduce nerve sensitivity providing relief from chronic pain and hypersensitivity.

  • Be a Permanent Solution – McKenzie technique combined with strengthening exercises and injury rehab can often relieve chronic pain and keep it gone.
