  • Help athletes prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
  • Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
  • Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles.
  • Increase joint flexibility.
  • Reduce spasms and cramping.
  • Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers.

Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic Massage or Deep Tissue massage is a technique used to loosen muscles and increase range of motion using deep pressure.  This type of massage can be very beneficial to people who have sustained injuries to muscles or tissue and are experiencing pain, discomfort or stiffness.  Therapeutic massage in conjunction with chiropractic treatment may help make adjustments more comfortable and effective while decreasing pain and increasing mobility.
fire Cupping

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping may help to increase blood flow and release muscle tension.  A glass cup is briefly held over a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and lit on fire; this warms the air in the cup which is then applied to the skin.  As the cup cools it forms a vacuum which gently pulls against the skin and tissue increasing blood flow and pulling the muscles taught. Removal of the cup releases the tension put on the muscle and allows it to relax.  Cupping may leave red marks on the area treated; these are normal and typically fade within a few days.
Craniosacral Massage

CranioSacral Therapy

Crainosacral Therapy (CST) is a type of massage utilizing light pressure applied to the different points on the head and neck to create space between bones and release muscular restrictions.  This therapy may help to improve headaches and migraines and decrease facial and neck muscle tension.

What you can expect:

  • We will always provide a clean, comfortable and private room to change in.
  • We will ask you what you would like worked on today and pay attention to those areas.
  • We will employ a variety of massage techniques and stretching to help get you out of pain.
  • We will walk you through every step of your treatment so you understand what we are doing and why.
  • You can expect us to be professional, friendly, courteous, and approachable.
  • You can expect us to provide you with great customer service and excellent care every time you come to our clinic.

What we don’t do:

  • You will never be asked to sign a long term treatment plan (or any contract for treatment).

Everyone heals at different rates, some people only need one treatment, others may take 5 or 6.  We don’t standardize our treatment plans for a reason….because people don’t come in standard models and neither do injuries.

  • We will never ask you to pay for wacky treatments that aren’t backed by results.

We are happy to explain how any of our treatments work and why they are effective. We stay firmly in the realm of reality.
